Prepare a chamomile tea and let it cool.
Dip two pieces of cotton, squeeze them a bit to wring, and lay on the eyes. Leave on for ten minutes.
If infusion “home”, you can of course use bags ready!
Note: Chamomile is also very useful against migraine and tension headaches. When a migraine rears its nose, massage your temples with buttons chamomile flowers or with a swab chamomile essential oil.
